A Is For Angular

I am standing in a bird watching hut at Coombe Country Park (last Sunday).  When I was taking this photo my immediate thought was that this won't work because I am looking directly into the sun. I only took one photo.  I am a tad surprised at what I got and wished I had taken more.

love how the parallel lines seem to be moving away from each other.

Isn't it pleasntly surprising what ends up working. The sunburst radiating off the top of the wall is quite nice.

Sometimes we get great photos when we think we won't! This is great with the angles and with the sun!

What a beautiful view and angle- I thought you were in a train at first!

It came out perfectly and love the wonderfully-composed angle! That sun! (Like Chrissy, I also thought you were on a train, who knew bird-watching spots would have that effect:)

Thank you! Nice comments and most appreciated.

Nice sunburst and neat framing. As someone who spends much time in bird hides it was instantly recognisable from the thumbnail - the sign of a classy shot.

Deb - you are too kind. Thank you!

Yup I recognised the location also, you got a great shot here and you've inspired me to do a bit of birding!

So glad you got this one - it's just right! Bird watching huts. I don't think we have any around here. Interesting!
