March Theme Day - Cafe Chairs

Can it be March already?

This is where we sit and have hot chocolate after a nice walk around Coombe Country Park.  My favourite tree (not the one leaning precariously in the distance) is hidden behind those pillars.  The agile young lady just passing by?  No idea who she is.  She just appeared.  So glad.  She adds something to a photo of rather uninteresting (but functional) cafe chairs :).

Have a look HERE for more City Daily Photo theme day photos.

No rain in the forecast so that means a chance to play some golf.  Enjoy your weekend.

It's the scale of the pillars that got me!

Looks like rain MAY have stopped here in Charleston where we are residing for two months. I'm ready for sunshine!! This cafe is situated in an enormous space!

This looks like a fab spot to enjoy a well earned (mind you I don't know exactly how far you've walked by this stage LOL) but I'm sure you would deserve that hot chocolate.

What a fab location, I'd happily join you for a cup of hot choccy there ;-) Love the portrait perspective on this one, with those brick columns.

perfectly captured .. i think having action/movement/something alive in the background adds to a photo ... pulls one in ... my eye went to her and then the cafe chairs .. hot chocolate as reward would make be incentive to get me to take long walks even in the cold

Looks like a nice place to park yourself and watch the world go by. The tables really provide perspective on the height of the brick pillars.

Wow, I'd love to sit there under those GI-normous pillars! Enjoying tea or hot chocolate:) The scale of things is really cool, the small chairs and jogger, the leaning tree and pillars... Happy golfing!

Coffee outside in Coventry definitely looks better than in Warsaw :-). Although my photo was taken a few weeks back. It's a bit warmer now and the snow has began to melt. It will be some days before we can sit outside with a coffee though. Thanks for stopping by at Polonica: Home Again.

Your description fits this theme for me: uninteresting but functional. Though the place where you sit and talk when at this place seems very pleasant. I hope we get more interesting themes in the future.

It does seem like a pleasant spot, but perhaps a little chilly right now?

Like your choice for the theme day. The man running enrich it.

It has been an interesting theme topic for us all. I have enjoyed looking at your photos...thanks for paying Coventry a visit :).

BTW we sit here after our walk which usually lasts for a couple of hours. Nice reward when it is so cold.

I did play golf (badly) today. It was dry, at leasts.
