Not a chance. I have been rattling on that 'we might have snow' for ages in hopes (but don't tell anyone) that we might get just a little bit more. Finally!
So here is how it looked in our back garden when we got up this morning. The plan - go into town and takes loads of photos. I got into the car and only managed a short trip around the block, so to speak. They don't really have 'blocks' in Coventry, more 'curves and shapes'. Roads were slippery so back home it was for me.
This photo is for our friends and family in Oz who are suffering with the heat. Hope you all had a good weekend. No golf yesterday, it was too cold. Time to put my boots on and go for a walk. Mr. LOL has twisted his back, so he is grounded until tomorrow.
Cheers for now!

Much appreciated LOL..and I think this image may have worked some magic on our weather, it's been a lot cooler today merci beaucoup!
What a beautiful sight to wake up to!
A little dusting of the white stuff is nice. Too bad it's so trecherous on the roads. Enjoy your day indoors!
Hope he feels better soon! Twisted backs are painful indeed. I think our weather is on parallel, some snow as the week ended, but we did get a glorious post-snow day, so wishing the same for you!
(Haha, I know how you mean by block vs. curves - I find the curves somehow more charming:)
Mr. LOL thanks you all for your 'get well' thoughts!
Kate - I finally got out again in the afternoon. Some light snow shots coming up, Tanya :).
Daryl - I thought so too but alas it came from France (hopefully not Paris). Channel Islands had blizzards - unheard of.
Your welcome, PerthDP. Glad it is a bit cooler.
Adele - needless to say I got a tad excited running from the front of the house to be back (not very far) with camera in hand.
SRQ - The roads were really weird and seemed pointless to risk an accident. I did get out in the afternoon.
Lulu - I laughed when I looked at your post for today. Great minds!
Stefan Jansson left the following comment which I accidentally deleted when trying to comment back.
So this is what he said: 'It was -18C two nights ago. Ice everywhere, and still lots of snow. I am complaining non-stop, but that doesn't seem to have any effect whatsoever!'
My comment: Brrr! And, sorry for giving you something else, quite rightly, complain about :).
A Christmas postcard. :-) Lovely!
