This is my effort to tie up a loose end. A month ago I took the same photo in the FOG. A few weeks later, this was the view on a clear morning. (Visualise me scrambling around to ditch my golf clubs and find my camera. I did.) Below is a wider shot.

The Plan: To be back tomorrow because it is City Daily Photo Theme Day. So much going on :).
PS. Many, many thanks to you who so kindly leave comments from time to time on this blog. They are fun to read, helpful and appreciated. Thank you!!!!

What a spot, and compared to the fog shots, such a difference! I love strolling through our golf course too, though it doesn't look nearly as pretty as yours!:) Hope you have a nice weekend (albeit with a quick theme day check in:).
looks like it is gearing up to be a beautiful day! :)
Beautiful photos, and yes I think we all know what it is like to go scrambling for the camera, but for me it isn't pushing away golf clubs.
Have a wonderful weekend.. :)
p.s. Left a comment at mine but dropping in to say I helped myself to Mr. L's Panasonic Lumix yesterday! I think the model is DMZ or DMC, I'll find out. It's essentially a point-and-shoot, like my usual Canon, but bulkier because of bigger lens/zoom and I think that helps! (It's a newer model camera than mine, so I'm guessing that also helps w/fresher images:). Thanks so much for your kind comment about those pictures!
soft sweet skies!

It's a lovely blue sky. I love it in the mist too.
What a lovely spot - fog or no. Thanks to you, I did picture the scrambling. I have to do that a lot, too. I'm so glad that I stick to only Sierra Madre - I think I relax more now, when I'm in other towns, because I'm "off duty"! :)
Not always a huge fan of golf - but when it opens up the landscape like this I can see its appeal!!

pps - I left a more detailed answer for you on my blog, but wanted to confirm it's a Lumix DMC-FZ47! :))
Cheers to you all for leaving your thoughts.
Thanks, Lulu, for filling me on your Panasonic.
Stewart - When I get views like this, it takes the pain out of my rather bad golf shots.
