Allesley Village is located about 4 miles west of Coventry City Centre
on the western fringe of Coventry's built up area.
In 1968, most of the Village was designated a Conservation Area.
I will have to come back and focus
on specific buildings, one of which dates back to
1557 (not photographed, yet). And, there is a beautiful church.

Delightful. Instead of the Midsomer murders, you could have the Allesley murders. Sorry, I'm into crime series at the mo!
I'd forgotten how lovely this village is. I often forget the beauty of the West Midlands. (I'm a Brummie)
It's such a pretty area!
Oh my gosh, what a great place to explore.
Is that where The Strawberry Bank is located? It looks familiar.

Looks so quaint, would love to walk down these streets and take a million shots. So much to see.
Jane - You are thinking of Meriden. PS Can you send me the link for your blog :).
Beautiful is the word! Great work as always!
