Taken from Coventry University - looking northeast.
The buildings opposite is new student accommodation for the University.
Below - looking east
Below - looking southeast towards Rugby.
The tower is the Whitley Incinerator.
At the moment, pipe is being laid from there to the City Centre
to heat nine buildings, including the new Cathedral.
I live about 3 miles in that direction.
There is no glamorous architecture to see out these windows. What you see are row after row of housing and quite a bit of blue sky....hooray! Coventry Cathedral is directly behind me.

Think it will be 'S' for 'Swan' tomorrow. That 'Ho-Hum' Swan has 5 additions to the family.

Beautiful skies!! Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River, Canada.
What a view! Very nice blue skies - congrats!! :-)
Student accommodation looks the same all over the world hey LOL! Lovely big cloud floating right by in the one shot, as long as it kept on moving :)
What great views in all directions.
Good to see blue skies, and lots of green trees amongst the buildings.
You're right, it's not a very exciting scene, but a lovely blue sky
An interesting geography lesson for this Yank.
Spectacular views and the sky looks inspiring! Thanks for visiting.
Thanks for your time all. Appreciated.
Gary and Adele - It was a nice interlude to have that sort of sky.
Grace - So true. I think there is a student accommodation template everyone is using...worldwide :).
Sharon - New visitor? I am off to visit you.
Deb and Christopher - It just isn't York or Nottingham. I plan to climb the Cathedral spire to have look in a more historic direction soon.
Jack - Coventry is relatively flat and in a basin. About 5 miles from the City centre to the boundaries.
Carraol - Thank you. No music but plenty of clouds :).
