Waiting For Spring

My favourite tree in March.
Still no leaves.

Apologies for falling behind with visits to my favorite blogs.
I've had a little tummy bug which hasn't been much fun :(.
I'm planning to get better :).
In the meantime, I'll be taking a little break
to get well & catch up on a multitude of things.

See you in a couple of weeks!

PS  Happy Birthday to Cuz and Marty

There is something hauntingly beautiful about these leafless trees.
Don't worry about falling behind; I do this all the time and then try to catch up. It's a losing battle, but how I love photos, blogging and other bloggers!!

It looks wonderful. Get some rest and get well. Maybe you can return to blogging with the same view but in springtime.

I can't quite say why, but I love this scene. Everything has come together perfectly. You could frame this one!

If a tree could talk, I think it might say "Leaf me alone, I'm doing the best I can!" :)

Re the sign/plaque: No I didn't create it; Lois Anne bought it for me a few years back and I just got around to hanging it up in our "new" house.

Take care of yourself and in good time this tree will be blooming well, too.

I predict when we see the tree next it will look a little different Lauren :) not good about the bug, can make one feel pretty wretched, don't get carried away with things too quickly.
P.s. Yes its unbelievable what's going on off our coast, hope the mystery is solved soon for the sake of relatives. Hope MrLOL is keeping well, take care.

Get well soon Lauren. Lots of blossom about but not enough warmth yet!

Breaks are always a good thing, but not when you are feeling miserable. Hope the stomach bug is gone. Enjiy the rest.
