Gone Fishing


Taken from the bird hide at 
Coombe Country Park.

See what could be an unattended fishing pole 
to the left of the swan?  That branch of wood
has been there for ages.  Amusing :).

That is a Kingfisher perching post Lauren. Designed to tempt a passing bird to pause and in doing so allow a brief view. Hope you see it occupied on one of your visits.
