Winter Plumage

Coombe Country Park
Black-headed Gull

My first attempt at photographing
a moving object with a telephoto lens.
Need more practice :).

I believe these are photos of
Black-headed gulls in winter plumage.
If I got it wrong, please say so in 'Comments' below.

Better focus (below) but the gull is facing the wrong way.
All good fun!

Photos were taken Sunday.

Nicely done- that first one does stand out!

Love the in flight shots Lauren, I've never had any luck with flying birds, it's tricky. The birds in the first shot look like they're doing an exotic in flight dance :)
