Last week it was a cat in thatch -

So pretty! I wonder what tales the house could tell?

Beautiful building.
It's a beauty! I saw peacocks on thatched roof near Liverpool and thought it was a wonderful idea!
I love thatches when the ridge only has been done. They look as though they have had a lovely neat haircut. Thanks for your visit to my blog with its old thatched cottage, the wind had clearly got to it and it needs a bit of a tidy up, but oh to live there again! X
It's beautiful and appealing!
This has quite a mixture of centuries designs!
I am liking these things on the roof, love the Peacock, really nice!
Wow look at that wonderful detail!!
wow, that detail and i love the peacock! i want to top my house with a peacock now! i'm sure it would be the only one in the area ;) have a great weekend!! happy easter!
Love your perspective in the second one. Great shots! Greetings from Spain.
Both immaculately kept Lauren.. Wisteria Cottage, how delightful, love the washing blowing in the breeze :)
This one's great. As are they all.
Someone mentioned last week about critters that live in the thatch. Would that be mostly bugs? Mice? I assume they don't get inside the house but I can't picture it.
You have so many wonderful thatched houses near you. I keep thinking you will run out of them.
