Today In Solihull, England

St Alphege Parish Church, Solihull
This is the entrance to a beautiful church right in the heart of Solihull.  The red and blue ribbons are there, no doubt, in celebration of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee.   (A 30 minute drive from Coventry and you are here.)

The celebrations have been wonderful...rain doesn't seem to put the British folk off. Hope Mr. L is having a nice visit :) PS I think there must have been a wedding at the church on Saturday, hence, the flowers.
