Changing Coventry

Trinity Lane (on the right)

I haven't seen the sun since Saturday,
so I thought I would share this photograph
taken right in the middle of Coventry on a
sunny day last month.

The Tudor building is The Flying Standard pub.
The colorful building on the left is student accommodation
and the 2 cranes are at building sites for more student accommodation.

Hope the sun is shining wherever you are!

We have the sun you're missing. It has been hanging around for two days now. Maybe it will head your way.

Had a hard time finding where Google is hiding the comments now. You have some lovely photos. We know the route from San Diego to Las Vegas quite well, but usually turn east to make for Lake Powell where our son and family make their home base when not on the move with their trailer. They have a fascinating story, so you could visit Totally Trailer and see what they're doing in the Warren Jeffs community of Colorado City, which is now falling apart since the imprisonment of Jeffs and a number of illegal activities with food stamps and taxes. They are a needy people.
Although I am originally from England, I have never been to Coventry so I'm glad to see the photos. As for the weather -- that's par for the course for England. It's beautiful when it doesn't rain, but the rain is why it's beautiful.
