Yes, we visited York recently. Only briefly but time enough
to stop by the train station. I could spend hours there.

York is about 3 hours by car to the north of Coventry.

I was there just 3 weeks ago and have been posting about it recently. I hope you had the opportunity to go into the National Rail Museum which is next to the station.
I travelled there by train a year ago and it is beautiful.
That's beautiful and so very English! I hope to alight from a train in York some day!
I've heard that York is a great place to visit. I'll have to make it there one of these days.
