Taken last Sunday. No sunshine but plenty of daffodils.
Carrying on from yesterday, here are more photos from around
this wonderful park, designed by Lancelot 'Capability' Brown
between 1745 and 1753.
Not far from this location is another lake and, yes, more daffodils.
Daffodil Sunday in a charity event giving support
to six local churches and takes place at Newnham Paddox
by kind permission of The Earl & Countess of Denbigh.

It seems like a beautiful place to take a stroll in the Spring amongst the '...host of golden daffodils'
Very calm and beautiful place..thanks for sharing!
this is such a pretty place!
What bucolic scenes ! Just beautiful.
Absolutely adore the shot of the boat surrounded by daffodils.

You do live in a very special and very beautiful place. And your photos are gorgeous (sometimes it helps not to have sun as you don't have to fight the immense contrast.)
These are lovely pastoral scenes.
Those are the perfect scenes in the tranquility. I like the boat by the water and the small house in the green.
Your header is fabulous!
Have a good new week,
I wonder if there is anything as lovely as an English spring :) Gorgeous captures Lauren.
A gorgeous time of year!
A place to linger....lovely.
Capability is a peculiar nickname. Beautiful spring shots, Lauren. The daffodils look very pretty indeed.
Lovely land! :)
The daffodils are an exceptional substitute for blue skies.
Lovely daffodils.
That tree with the white leaves look wonderful.
You're back! Good to see you and your lovely pics.
Pretty spot!
so beautiful the views and photographs you captured; I'd LOVE this walk
More Monks Kirby, my home village! This is in fact the grounds of the Feilding family, aka the Earl of Denbigh.
