A Closer Look At Stoke Public Library, Coventry

Stoke Public Library, Walsgrave Road at Kingsway

This grand old building was opened as a library in 1913.  It was funded by  philanthropist Andrew Carnegie along with two other libraries in Earlsdon and Foleshill.

Remember to keep looking up, up, up and you will see Coventry's Coat of Arms in clear view.
