Winter Plumage

Black-headed Gull



My first attempt at photographing
a moving object with a telephoto lens.
Need more practice :).

I believe these are photos of
Black-headed gulls in winter plumage.
If I got it wrong, please say so in 'Comments' below.


Better focus (below) but the gull is facing the wrong way.
All good fun!

Love the in flight shots Lauren, I've never had any luck with flying birds, it's tricky. The birds in the first shot look like they're doing an exotic in flight dance :)
