Bet She Knows Where Camelot Is

She seems to be looking at that Round Table through the door opposite.  A clue?  Possibly not.

The Priory Undercrofts
Coventry has been participating in the Heritage Weekend Open Days which involved many historical sites being opened to the public for free.  This young lady in Medieval attire was a greeter for those wishing to view (what is described as) the best preserved remains of Coventry's original Benedictine monastery - The Undercrofts.

I am taking the rest of the week off to go and watch professional golf (British Women's Open).  There is a bit of commuting involved so there will be little time for blogging.  Back soon.

At first glance I did think she was rather out of place. And I'll bet she knows Abbey Road as well!

I love the way you composed this! The angle, shadows, the way the light hits her medieval garb - a bit harder to find sights like this here! Have a lovely professional golf break (here, folks have been caught up in another professional sports event, Andy Murray just won the U.S. Open! :))

Found wifi! Thanks all. I had to make some reference to Camelot with Petrea's project in mind. Hope you have picked that up, Lulu. Andy is the no. 1 news item today. Well done, that man!

It is truly a world wide event, Petrea. On Saturday there is even a magnificent race horse called Camelot running in St Ledger :).

Wait. Andy? What's he done now?

Thanks for the Camelot reference. I did a google search for the horse; what a beauty! I won't post a link for my readers in case someone gets the brilliant idea to enter a picture in the contest!

Well, you read my mind. That is what I was thinking but This Camelot doesn't live near me. I am expecting it to turn up from one of your UK followers. Shsssss....I'll say no more but I will put a bet on him :).
