The Oak Tree

Coombe Country Park
Yesterday

I have great fun photographing that big oak tree from time to time.  In July, it was used for a climbing event open to the public.  In August, it looked quite nice in the background of a Jaguar Cars event.  More about that red Jag soon.

One of the nice things about central Florida is that we have an abundance of Live Oak trees. One of the biggest horse farms is called Live Oak. Live Oaks among rolling hills. It's a very pretty area. We also have a lot of Water Oaks...they grow fast but hold a lot of water and thus become unstable after 20-25 years and can be a threat in a hurricane. This is a very beautiful tree you've shown us in this post.

I love that our blogging 'family' value trees as much as we do Lauren, always a joy to see how they enhance our activities 😊
