Coombe Country Park
Egyptian Geese
About 3 years ago there was a lone Egyptian goose
at Coombe, then there were two last year
and now there are seven.
We got a little excited. I managed to get a few shots
of a very unusual sight last Sunday.
Participating in
ABC Wednesday (Q is for quick)
I cannot believe it is Wednesday already.
Hope all is going well with you all.

What beautiful birds!
Love the wee babies!
I'd get excited, also. They are very pretty birds. I wonder where the 2nd one came from. After that, I can figure out from where the rest descended! Thanks, Lauren, for your fine comments. Re the post on Cedar Key: that was an interesting place and I would have gone further down the drive to get a better shot, but I saw a kid on a bike up close to the house. I didn't want to get shot, so.... :)
Thanks for these delightful shots
