Art Deco skylight in
former home of the Coventry Technical College, The Butts.
Part of the building is now a
Premier Inn hotel and to the rear is The Albany Theatre.
The skylight above is in the foyer outside
the entrance to the theatre.
This building opened in 1935 as a college
and was opened by the Duke of York who later
became King George VI.

That's a beautiful skylight. You have a good eye for detail.
Your angle and perspective in the first image are excellent, LOL!
That skylight is gorgeous. It has a Frank Lloyd Wright look to it.
ohhh that is pretty!
Love the patterns in the window, it is so beautiful!
LOL, I didn't have internet for several days and am just now catching up on your wonderful week of photos. I look forward to the pub series. I remember being in Oxford and having a draught at a 13th century pub! You will find some very old ones, I believe. I hope they stick around for my next visit.
