...with blue sky!
This is the start of the Coventry Canal. It is located just outside the Coventry City Centre. We came here on Thursday to go to a trophy shop behind one of those blue doors on the left. Just as we were leaving, so was a canal boat. First task? To negotiate the narrow Canal Bridge in the distance.
They made it.
Please visit Skywatch Friday and Ein Stück Himmel for photos from around the world featuring the sky.

Ooh, love it! We were both thinking of water today:) I wouldn't mind joining that fellow in his boat. I hope those blue skies hold up, and you enjoy a deserving and relaxing weekend!
Wonderful photos. It must have been fun to ride that boat.
Orange sky
Oh what memories that photo of the canal brings. My daughter lived just around the corner from there when she was at Warwick university. We would walk down to the canal as there was a little cafe where we could enjoy a drink and snack. Enjoy your weekend.
Nice atmosphere and beautiful photos.
Stunning ! Your 1st picture is the best for me ! I can't stop looking at
Lovely view. That first photo is a winner and it needs to be framed.
Thank you for sharing Coventry's clear sky and water. Beautiful view!
A peaceful scene in the top photo. We have a good canal route through Nottingham. A good amount of boats pass through there everyday & I enjoy reading some of the names that they call their boats
The boat barely makes a ripple! Lovely.
Beautiful place, the first image is amazing, it looks so relaxing and inviting!

Fascinating view of a thread the needle situation. What a goregeously clear sky!
Canals always produce wonderful reflections.
Interesting photos with the canals right there next to the buildings and then the boat lining up to thread the needle under the bridge.
Wonderful photos, the water looks like glass. I'd love to have been on that boat, it looks like a lot of fun.
That first shot is incredible!
